I'm feeling under the weather today so I'm gonna keep the post short- today was one of my roommate's 20th birthday! We have a tradition in our house (ahem...apartment/dorm suite) called Muffin Monday, where, if you can't guess by the title, we bake muffins for breakfast every monday morning. This morning I baked her sugar donut muffins (recipe here) and we sung her happy birthday just as the sun was rising. It was a great way to start the week. Happy Birthday, Devon and I hope you enjoy your twentieth year on earth.
